Rachel Benight RD Macro + Meal Planner App
Why I built this
I built the thing I actually needed β a real app, not another PDF to sit in my downloads folder. It knows your numbers, builds your week the way I'd build it for a client, and hands you a grocery list. You don't track a single thing.
How it works
Four steps, right in your browser. It takes me about five minutes.

A few recipes from the planner
Real recipes β here's a taste of what's inside.
Loaded Sweet Potato Fry Chicken Bowl
Sweet potato fries, seasoned chicken, sauteed peppers and onion, warm queso, avocado on top.
Deconstructed Beef Burger Bowl
All the flavor of a burger, none of the bun — beef, rice, avocado, and a sauce you'll want on everything.
Loaded Cottage Cheese Caprese Toast
Cottage cheese on toasted sourdough with tomato, basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Loaf
Actual banana bread that fits your numbers — make the loaf once, snack on it all week.

Questions I get
Because free meal plans aren't built around your numbers, and most of them are recipe lists someone generated without ever cooking them.
I built this around how I actually plan β for clients and for my own family β and every recipe in it is one I've made and fed my kids. You're paying for the part that's hard: the deciding.
No. That's the whole point. The plan is built to land inside your calorie and protein range, so hitting your targets is just⦠eating the meals. Nothing to log, no app to keep up with.
Swap it. Every meal has a replace button β pick a different one and it updates your numbers and your grocery list automatically.
You can also tap any meal to read the full recipe first, so you're not committing to something you've never seen.
There's a restaurant placeholder you can drop into any meal slot. It holds that spot with a reasonable estimate, so your day still adds up and you can plan the rest of the day around it.
Yes β there's no app store download, no install. You get a link, you open it, and it works the same on your phone or your laptop.
Plan it on your phone, shop from your phone, check items off as you go. You can also text or email the list to yourself, or print it for the fridge.
Tell it up front. There are toggles for the common ones, and recipes with that ingredient either disappear from your options or come with a swap suggestion.
The first time through, about five minutes β most of that is entering your stats once. After that, building a new week is a few taps. And if you land on a week your family loved, you can save it and pull it back up later instead of planning from scratch.
I made this because I needed it.
Hope it takes something off your plate too.

π Hi, Iβm Rachel β a dietitian and a mom of two. After my second baby I started dreading meal planning, and I still had nutrition goals of my own but was getting tired of tracking every bite. I do this for a living β so I built the thing I actually needed.
Not sure yet? Try it first.
You can build yourself a whole week in the actual tool before you spend anything — your calculated nutrition targets, meals picked to hit them, and a grocery list you could shop from today.
