Workplace Wellness Programs

For employers in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and Northwest Arkansas

Nutrition Education That Fits Your Team's Real Life

Lunch and learns, virtual workshops, and health fair tables, all led by registered dietitians.

Your employees spend a big part of their day at work, and how they eat shows up in their energy, focus, and health. Many of them already want support. They just don't know where to start.

What We Offer

Three ways to bring a dietitian to your team

Choose one format or combine them. Every program is customized to your team's size, schedule, and goals.

01

In-Person Lunch and Learns

Practical, interactive nutrition education your employees can use at lunch that same day.

  • 45 to 60 minutes, in person or hybrid
  • Live Q&A with a registered dietitian
  • Take-home resources for every attendee
  • Topic selected with you

Best for: on-site teams of 10 to 75

02

Virtual Workshops

Smaller, more hands-on sessions where employees ask questions and leave with a plan of their own.

  • 30 to 45 minutes over Zoom or Google Meet
  • Small breakout groups with discussion
  • Digital resources and a one-page action plan

Best for: remote teams, multiple locations, and busy schedules

03

Health Fair and Ask the Dietitian Table

A registered dietitian staffs a table at your wellness event or benefits fair.

  • Two-hour block
  • Quick one-on-one questions answered
  • Printed handouts and healthy snack samples

Best for: open enrollment, benefits fairs, and wellness events

Monthly, quarterly, and annual partnerships

Wellness works best when it shows up all year. Partnerships lock in a lower per-session rate and a consistent spot on your calendar.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the format, your group size, and how often you would like sessions. Fill out our short form and we will send a proposal with clear pricing. There are no per-employee fees and no travel fees within our service areas.

Do employees need insurance to attend?

No. Workshops are paid for by the employer and open to everyone. Insurance only comes into play if an employee chooses one-on-one counseling with our team afterward, and many find it is fully covered.

Is anything shared with us as the employer?

No personal health information is ever shared. Workshops are general education, and if an employee books one-on-one counseling, that relationship stays private between them and their dietitian.

How far ahead should we book?

We recommend reaching out 3 to 4 weeks before your preferred date. Popular times like January and open enrollment fill up quickly, so earlier is better.

Can virtual workshops be recorded?

Yes. Let us know when you book and we can record virtual sessions for employees who cannot attend live.

Will you try to sell products to our employees?

No. Our workshops are education, not a sales pitch. We don't sell detoxes, programs, or supplement stacks.

Can you customize a topic for our team?

Absolutely. Our popular topics are a starting point. We are happy to build a session around your team's goals, industry, or upcoming wellness initiatives.
